-Veiller sur les employés
-En cas de mauvais comportements,menacer les employés à leurs façons d'agir
-Emmener de gré ou de force les employés au bureau de leurs pères
La surveillance est une sorte de jeu pour Alice et Ryan,C.Montgomery Burns et Waylon Smithers Jr.sont très heureux d'avoir engagés leurs enfants dans la centrale nucléaire de Springfield.
